Biography

Cutler Real Estate asked Nikola a few questions so you can get to know him better, and here are Nikola's replies.

1. What is your professional/educational background?

Growing up I was always around the construction industry as my father was a skilled craftsman.  I have 2 Associate degrees one in Architecture and one in Construction Management.  I held positions as construction inspector, Superintendent in training and various project management positions.  Now I'm selling the BEST investment in the world in real estate!!

2. Why did you choose a career in real estate?

I chose real estate because it intrigued me in that I knew how these buildings are built why not sell them!

3. What area do you live in currently and what do you like about where you live?

My wife and 2 kids live in New Albany, Ohio which is a GREAT place to raise a family!  In New Albany there are so many opportunities offered to anyone willing to work at what they want.

4. How do you spend your free time?

I spend my free time enjoying my family and playing soccer when time allows.

5. If you could only keep 5 possessions what would they be?

My wedding ring, family photo, cell phone, vehicle, and soccer ball.

6. In one word, how do you think your friends/family would describe you?

DEDICATED!
